Morris & Company Ltd

Morris company was established in Shrewsbury in 1869 and has grown to become on of the UK’s most successful private businesses.

With interests in manufacturing and property, Morris saw the potential of having Arc-Gen as part of its portfolio of companies and successfully acquired the business in 2006.

Being part of a larger corporation has enabled Arc-Gen to invest in its operations, staff and products which in turn is seeing the company go from strength to strength.

 

Hilta TW

As part of Arc-Gen’s ambitions to meet the growing demands of its customers, the company acquired water pump and pressure washer manufacturer Hilta TW in early 2008.

Based in the West Midlands, Hilta has over 35 years experience supplying the construction industry with hot and cold pressure cleaners and pumping equipment.

With a similar client base to Arc-Gen the combined businesses can now offer a more comprehensive product range and service.
