The Weldmaker 200SSD is a super silent welder/generator providing excellent arc characteristics for all types of manual metal arc electrodes including cellulosic types.

The machine is capable of continuous hand welding using 4.0mm electrodes and is protected against overload by a thermal trip.

The 3kW 110V AC auxiliary output can be switched between 50Hz and 60Hz and is independent from the welding output. The 32amp and 16amp sockets are protected by double pole overload trips fitted as standard with combined main circuit/earth leakage breaker.

Powered by an electric start Kubota Z402 water cooled twin cylinder diesel engine, the unit has a 15 litre fuel tank which provides up to 10 hours operation. The machine has Auto-idle fitted as standard, which operates from the welding and auxiliary outputs reducing operating noise and fuel consumption. Auto shutdown is fitted to the machine which will operate in the event of low oil pressure/high water temperature of thermal overload if the generator overheats.
