The Weldmaker 300AVC has a micro processor engine management system which automatically controls the engine speed according to the welding and auxiliary output required. This system offers major savings on fuel consumption, weight and noise over previous models.

The unique micro processor automatically senses the output required and then sets the engine speed accordingly, for example when welding at 150 amps the engine will be running at only 70% of full speed, and the average sound level is under 60dB(A) at 7m

The permanent magnet generator and advanced IGBT control system ensure excellent welding characteristics for all types of welding electrodes. The welding output is controlled by a single range control which gives the operator full current range from 30 to 300 amps and the welding range can be fully validated throughout the range.

Powered by an electric start Kubota diesel engine, the unit has a 19 litre fuel tank which provides up to 15 hours of operation. Auto shutdown is fitted to the machine, which will operate in the event of low oil pressure/high water temperature or thermal overload if the generator overheats.

Remote control facilities are fitted as standard on the control panel with a remote control box and cable optionally available.

Super silent in operation the Weldmaker 300AVC meets all the latest European sound and CE legislation
